I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the job artisan remodeling did on my roof. First of all, my rep Kyle was amazing as well as Jamie in the office. The communication was exceptional. I was kept in the loop with everything happening. Every aspect of the job from inspection, permitting, and installation was taken care of Without delay. Not only did they do a great job with the roof, they left my property WAY cleaner than the way they found it. Their professionalism was second to none. I Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new roofing. THANK YOU ARTISAN!!!

I feel that reviews help potential customers trust a business and its products, and my hopes is that my review does exactly that when it comes to Artisan Building. Artisan and team have been amazing throughout the entire process which was giving our home a new roof and new gutters a couple of weeks later. A huge shout out to Michael R***** whom we started the whole process with. He was courteous, extremely knowledgeable and never pushy. We were given a start date of June 1 and Artisan and team where there bright and early, starting and finishing the roof by that late afternoon. The yard was left spotless once done… We would highly recommend doing business with Artisan.

This job went well from start to finish. Efficient and effective. The two man crew that came to finalize the project were particularly good. Very professional and helpful beyond expectations. The prices was not cheap but I am very happy with the results.

company does inferior work, is rude now that they have collected their money. They do not return calls or show up for appointments. New gutters installed incorrectly. I was told the whole porch roof has to be redone by another roofing company I called to fix the problem of leaking gutters. At the time I started calling artisan building the roof and gutters were less than year old

Awesome experience. Everything went great. Price was excellent, quality and workmanship were outstanding. Would recommend to anybody. Dan was awesome to work with getting everything finalized. Dj was on site all day making sure everything was good. The clean up was meticulous. Hardest working crew I have ever seen. Can’t say enough good things.

The workers did a great job and you would never have known they were here. They cleaned every bit of debri up and Kyle was very proffesional and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Was very pleased with him. Thank you Artisan.

Our experience with Artisan went south very quickly. A representative contacted me after I filled out the online request form and Michael came to assess my roof later that week. The consult was just under 2 hours long and included a presentation with unnecessary information and him taking 90 photos of my property but none of the damage our roof had sustained, which I pointed out to him multiple times. His sample materials left significant scratches and marks on my kitchen table. He repeatedly asked when my husband (whom he referred to as the “homeowner”) would be home. He wanted me to sign a contract that day, said they would go through insurance and get our roof completely paid for. He said his boss was on vacation and he did not know when he was returning, but that the price would increase once he was back. I said I would contact him once I had made a decision. He called, texted and emailed repeatedly for three days following the consult. He sent me an unspecific report with an updated estimate, which was the same as the original. He texted and asked when I would be giving him an answer. My husband called him about the quote and to ask him to stop calling/texting me. Michael purposely hung up on him twice, forwarded his calls and made rude and unprofessional comments. He insinuated to my husband that I was not the homeowner because I am a woman. He texted me to delete his information, throw away his material and have a nice day. The unprofessional treatment was appalling, and we will be taking our business elsewhere, to one of the other locally owned small businesses that handle roofing in a more professional manner. None of these companies have reached out to us, let alone harassed us. It is clear that Michael, despite claiming to have done this job for 10 years, has a lot to learn about salesmanship and that Artisan Building & Remodeling should invest in customer service training, estimate/mathematical support and guidance on report generating.

We can’t say enough about the team at Artisan Building & Remodeling. When we sat down with Dan he went over everything and was very knowledgeable and upfront he guided us through the entire roofing and gutter project. The office staff was very helpful and went out of their way when I called. The team for the roof and gutters were very efficient and did a great job! They were experienced, skilled and very neat upon completion of the work. I would highly recommend them for any roofing and gutter job!
