            I was excited to shop with them as their inventory was very unique in my opinion from a typical spiritual boutique, I was planning to make larger orders in the future for birthday gifts and to add to my collection. My first time ordering was a small order for a few things & I ordered 2 of one item. When my order came I had the other items but I only had 1 out of 2 that I ordered and paid for. I emailed their customer service to make them aware and I received a response asking me to take a picture of the inventory slip that came with the items which I did & I NEVER received a response. I even sent another email a week after and was completely ignored. Although it was a small item, perhaps it wasn’t worth shipping to me separately, but a simple apology & refund would’ve sufficed. I’m extremely disappointed. I was looking to purchase from them as a long time customer and now I know I will not take the risk again with the poor customer service.
