              Windsor Sanitation send no notices for past due balances to give the consumer the chance to bring their account in good standing. They take the garbage bins from your home without giving any notices and then charge and extra $25 to get the bin back again never making the consumer aware of what needs to be done on their account. I was told that because they have over 3,000 accounts they do not notify people which is ridiculous as a business it should not matter the amount of accounts a company holds for them to notify and send an email to the customer.

              I do not have a problem with Windsor Sanitation. They have high rates, but I guess all trash companies do. I do appreciate that they put a tag on my container last week when I did not pay my bill. I did look on my account, I saw on my account that it stated regular credit card, or automated card, and I took that as automatic payment would be automatically paid. The tag they put out was nice, rather than removing my can, making me pay a return fee, so it saved me money.
