I am a tenant of a property managed by Homecare. I am a single woman living with my 2 children and the owner of this homecare services entered my home on the second floor without knocking, without announcing himself and without any notice or reason to be in my home. When I repeatedly asked him why he was in my home and told him 3 times to leave he remained in my kitchen. Saying he confused my second floor unit with a vacancy on the first floor. He did not apologize and did not leave until my son came in from his bedroom. I have filed a police report and I am writing this review for all female tenants because I am deeply traumatized by this incident. Tenants beware.

Small business is the backbone of America. This is my first bad review of a small business. In August 2019, I hired Home Care LLC to remodel my guest bathroom. In March 2020 the shower panel came on glued. I reglued the shower panel. April 2020, the floor grout started cracking. Because it was the beginning of covid, I tried to regrout the floor tile myself. It worked for a while, but the cracks started again likely because Home Care did not adequately bond the tiles to the subfloor. On Dec 7, 2 020, 10:06 AM, I emailed Home Care with pictures of the floor tile cracking. I also told Home Care about the shower glue coming undone. Home care never responds to my email. Now all the floor titles move. To make matters worse! Now the toilet base leaks because the glue dissolved. This is a guest bathroom. It is rarely used. If only Home care used adequate bonding glue their work would be great. But because they used cheap glue my bathroom is destroyed. I hope Home Care will stop ignoring my emails and fix their mistake.

HomeCare Services Construction Company oversees my 3-family investment property located at ** ******** *** ******** ** *****. They provide great service! I acquired their HomeCare Services membership in September 2020. Their emergency service and maintenance support for my tenants is very valuable to me. I live outside of the state so they're handling collection of my rents, maintenance services and any emergencies, which allow me to be able to keep my investment property while I'm living my life. My tenants know they are to call HomeCare Services for any service requests. HomeCare Services will inform me of any maintenance and rental needs which my tenant request. HomeCare Services provides me with the flexible option to seek other trade service support if I want for any estimate provided by them. HomeCare Services does the necessary background checks on prospect tenants to ensure we get paying tenants. I've been a customer and member since September 2020 and will continue. They are a 1 Stop Shop. I am so happy I found HomeCare Services Construction Company. Their workers are polite and knowledgeable. They provide great guidance on how to handle tenants and also advises on repairs. I actually sent another friend over to HomeCare Services and now she is a member. I'm spreading the word because they're service is needed in our community.
