I was having problems with my toilet. I contacted the property management office. As it was a Sunday I knew they couldn’t do anything until Monday. Roman arrived in the afternoon. He was very polite and efficient. He cleared up the problem within minutes.Pledge Property Management, Inc. Response

I just moved into a townhome managed by Pledge and had a bit of a disaster with my washing machine. Bobby and Roman were on site within an hour and handled everything with grace and friendliness. I think the first words that Bobby said were along the lines of “It’s ok, we’ll take care of everything. Take a breath.” They followed up and even replaced the weird lightbulbs in the basement that had blown out that morning. This was my first experience with the Pledge team and I was very impressed. They were friendly, and professional. My mind is at ease knowing Bobby and Roman are a phone call away.Review from Michael G

Roman came over the same day I submitted a work order, not only did he fix the issues/concerns but also explained to me how to avoid the issues in the future. Very knowledgeable and professional. What stood out to me is that he took his shoes off when he entered. I have small children in the house so it’s the little things that count for me. Thank you Roman.Review from Jane

Great experience living in one of the pledge properties. We are now in our 3rd year at ***** **** **** and can’t say enough about the experience and commitment the owners and the staff have to their tenants.
