  I learned of Tarray Gibbs through a friend of my husband's. Tarray told me that he is a licensed contractor with his own business. He agreed to perform the following work and sent us invoices for the following: Upstairs Vinyl plank flooring (flooring included- bedroom, hallway, closet)- $1800 Downstairs bath remodel (my husband and I had done demo) (sheetrock, light, subflooring, demo, concrete board for tiles included)-$1800 Basement demo (finish demo on walls, move light switches, building room around furnace with door)-$550 (I purchased all needed materials). Hallway sheetrock removal and replacement (material and labor included-includes removal of mirror)-$400 Master Bath remodel (all material including except vanity and toilet) (my husband and I had done demo)-$2700 Recess lights (4 bedrooms, living room, and kitchen (kitchen already had recess lights- he stated he would update)-$1120 Small bathroom remodel (all material included except toilet)-$400 Interior painting entire house (paint included)-$2000.00 Demo a part of basement stairs (he did not dispose of any materials)-$275 Tarray started the work on 11/12 and told us we would be able to move in before 12/1. To date, 12/20, Tarray has not completed a single project and all the work is poor at best. I have many pictures. He disappeared on several occasions and did not respond to phone calls or text messages. Thus far we have given him $13,270 (all payments made via Zelle). After he last disappeared, I informed him that I wanted to review what we have paid, what is done, and he is to refund us for items I paid for that were not purchased. He agreed to do that but instead came back to the home when we were not there and took all of tools. He left the house in shambles with dust, debris, food, garbage everywhere. I filed a police report. I have had several contractors come to the house and they informed me that it will cost thousands to repair the damage that he has done.

  Tarray, the owner of the business went into agreement with me the home owner to rehab a property at *** ***** *** *** ******* **. He accepted my money, cashed my checks and did not do the job. $10,500 in total lost. He also caused plumbing damage that has left me entire bathroom needing to be redone. $6,000 value. I have every text message from him saying he would refund my money. He has not answered any messages or calls since then. This needs resolving asap.
