    On October 14, 2023, I ordered front and rear duralast gold brakes for my 2011 ***** ****** The brakes were to be picked up at Auto Zone. I was not contacted by the store letting me know that my brakes were ready to be picked up. Shortly after ordering the brakes, I fell ill and completely forgot about the parts or even replacing the brakes on my vehicle. Once I remembered, I reached out to the store to find my order and was told that there is no record of my order. The parts manager said that if items were not picked up within 7 days then they would be returned to stock. If that were true, then I would have been issued a refund to my ****** Card. There was no refund issued, and since I would be the only individual who was able to pick-up the brakes, I never received a confirmation email that the brakes were picked up or a refund was issued. I did not enter into the store on October 14 or any day after that to retrieve the brakes, yet, on my Autozone account, it indicates that the brakes were picked up. My first time entering Auto Zone was on March 27th, when I attempted to pick-up he brakes. My believe is that an employee stole the brakes because they were not picked up and claimed to have sent them back. I have contacted customer support numerous times, tried to speak with the store manager and all that I am told is that there is nothing that they can do about it.
