Hi, I am reaching out in regards to this car repair shop that failed to do the require work on the vehicle after being paid in full. This repair shop has failed 2 safety inspections test with ****** ** ******* and has had this vehicle in their possession since April/May of 2021. They have been extremely poor with communicating throughout the entire process. ****** ** ******* as deemed the car to be in worst condition and is now a safety hazard for the road and they have reported that information to dmv. This car repair has violated many federal/state regulations. This repair shop needs to do the repairs on the vehicle correctly and get a green light from ****** ** ******* deeming it's safe to drive or needs to give me my refund back in full. To also add, I have asked this repair shop since June 2021 to give me receipts on parts/services rendered as they claim and they still have yet to submit any to me. Please view attachments: But here's a break down because I did pay the company in cash but have receipts confirming payment through text messaging. First payment: $2750 (in cash) Second payment: $500 (via ***** to his stepson account) Third payment: $100 (via ***** to his stepson account) & At this point the car repair shop received a total of $3200 which was the amount requested to obtain parts. Fourth payment: $500 Fifth payment: $730 was an additional fee for a part the repair shop requested (in cash) + $200 (also in cash) for labor. This fourth payment was a total of $930 giving to the repair shop on August 14th.
