      Hello, Asked Felix from fle automotive to do work on my car back in April of this year. I have been asking for a receipt of what was done since may 16 2022. Subsequently I have continued to ask for the receipt and notified Felix that the repair was done properly. I have contacted since 05/27, 06/01,06/06,0630 and in July and have neither had the issue resolved nor received a copy of the receipt for the work that has been done. Instead Felix keeps spinning stories that the his computer is broken or everyday it's I will do it tomorrow or advising me that it's not important. I would like to have record of what he claimed to have don e to the car so I can have for my records and may the repairs properly

      In this case customer provided parts to be installed in the repair of the vehicle reason why we can not provide a receipt of those items and also as he stated the job was done in a proper way as he ask us for, he brought parts to us and ask to be installed. After that he was coming to out facility every day asking us to check more stuff on the vehicle and came to the point of telling him that other things that went bad on the car was not our responsibility to the point that demanded from us in a bad way to work on his car and we answered to him that we no longer had any interest on working on his car and that he had to leave our property and he refused and told me to make him leave or to shoot him, immediately we call the local police department and had him removed from our facility and he is no longer allowed here.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Felix asked me to purchase these parts after checking  the car. Also I am not asking for the parts receipt, I have that. I am asking for receipt for proof of repair that  he had done and for him to put in the system that when you do a car fax report you may see  when you check by the vin.

      I had to keep returning each day as Felix had the car pulled apart in a corner of the shop and hadn't done anything  further months. When finally told me the car was ready after going everyday repeatedly the car still had the check engine light and had the same problem. So then I asked for tge old parts that he had removed . He then provided me with a thermostat  for an American  vehicle instead of the correct part. So it made my question  what did he repair and the fact I asked and provided my wife email several times for receipt of proof  of repair and have gotten anything  instead when I went back again for the receipt  he called the police and threatened  ** ***** ***i haven't been back but if I had wanted a back yard repair I wouldn't have gone to a shop at all
