On 01/29/22 I entered into a written agreement with a shipping agent Cornelius M**** of (Guaranteed International Freight &Trade Inc./M**** Moving & Overseas Shipping) to pick up, wrap and ship my household items on palettes to ***** from *** ****. This shipping agent took my 8 palettes to the shipping company *** ********* *** (Manager: ****** ******) and said manager held my palettes in storage as collateral against outstanding (unpaid) bills my shipping agent had with his company. I had nothing to do with their situation. I paid for my service in full which was to take place on February 9th. 2022 and the palettes are still not shipped. I contacted both parties after I got no word from the agent on ***** of my palettes' arrival, and I was told by *** what took place. My shipping agent gave me the run around of not communicating by text, phone nor e-mail during the ordeal and still is. He even got the person that recommended him to fool me that he was going to ship the palettes on 03/12/22, but that never happened either. On contacting *** again, I was told that their shipping day is on a Thursday not Saturday. March 12th. was a Saturday. Another lie fabricated by my shipping agent for I confirmed with him, after getting word from his recommender. I want my palettes to be released and shipped to Aruba, whatever financial problem he has with *** ********* *** they should solve it on their own. The manager of *** should have never received my palettes and held them as collateral, that was illegal and it is a disservice to me. My shipping agent, should have never taken my palettes there since he knew he owed the company funds. I find it very presumptuous of him This is an infringement of my time and funds. I planned to leave in March and it is now June and I have not received a confirmed bill of lading from neither of the two. Three extra months' rent to pay until my palettes are shipped. HE BREACHED HIS CONTRACT WITH ME. ********** ******* *************** ****** ***
