I never renewed my yearly service contract with Santa energy. They had sent me a bill for the new contract and I called them and told them that I do not want the contract renewed with in the allotted time period. They never removed the contract charge from the bill and are refusing to do so. I don’t want Santa energy servicing my home for any kind of service as they are not my oil delivery company.Business response

Mr. ***** reached out to me earlier today through our website. I responded to him that the charge for the plan he did not want had been removed from his account. Once the payment that he made to us today for a past due oil delivery is processed, he will have a $0.00 balance with us. His account has been closed.
