Purchased a 2022 BMW last year I have since traded the vehicle in on 6/11/24 I went to BMW of BPT on 6/13/24 to get refunded for a unused portion of extended warranty of 7200.00 as per BMW and warranty contract, I was told 4 weeks totally unacceptable. So went back to dealership on July 8th 12:30 pm talked to Mike D*** sales manager I was told he would be calling me in 2 days never heard from him so I called July 11 5:15 left Msg also called July 12 then called again 12:51. Then called back got through to Mike D*** and was told he was working on it and that CDK computer system was down. I checked and **** systems we operating at that point. These people just seem to give you a runaround. My wife also called and left a message on July 13 no call back again . They are just trying to avoid paying back this money 5 weeks and Mike D*** or no one will call us backInitial Complaint

Have cancelled extended warranty over a year ago. Bank said they have not received funds from company(BMW OF BRIDGEPORT). Went in person and emailed several of their workers just to be ignored. I just want my loan amount to be less. It has been collecting interest for nearly 1.5 years now. Warranty was cancelled within weeks and was entitled for full refund.Initial Complaint

I purchased 3for1 warranty back on December 2022. Requested to cancel on January 11, 2024 and Gabby ******* provided a "quote of cancelation." After a few days, I continued to follow up and requested additional proof. Several calls and voicemails later, Gabby ******* has not provided any response.Initial Complaint

I purchase a 2020 BMW ** *ecently with Mike D*** as my salesman (March 14 2023). Initially, everything went well, with the slogan also of if you need anything, I am here for the long run. I bought on a cold and windy day, spent $39,000 and there was an issue with the windshield a small crack/chip on driver side that was clearly repaired while the vehicle was leased by someone else. I emailed Mike about it and it seemed to be dragging with the "I need to speak to Joe" about it. With the lack of a quick solution, my mother read reviews and contacted them and requested to speak to the manager Chris. To this day, no reply, no phone calls, to ME. Their lack of even speaking with me, to return to me to tell me of a solution after Mike said a solution has been found, and then the "I'm sorry I cannot speak with you". If you can't, where is management to speak with me? BMW slogan at this dealership, is not true. The car was sold to ME, yet nobody replies or has the urgency to call me and in writing? This dealership as others have mentioned below and on other review sites takes your ** **** beyond low and then doesn't have the decency to follow up from higher management as to a solution to offer what their mistake has been. Also, not to mention brake pads were done and when I came to pick up vehicle the coding wasn't even reset by their service advisor, and he said "were brake pads done". How can you put in writing on service report brake pads were done but in the system not clear it? He cleared it day off when I inquired about it. They just seem to be very unorganized. Please do yourself a favor and go to any other BMW dealership in the state of **. To this day- April 19, 2023 I have not received any solution nor contact from Management and will continue on with attorney privileges as the windshield is a safety requirement that should have checked even before selling me this vehicle and let alone this crack/chip existed with prior owner whoever owned it via lease. *******Business response

BMW of Bridgeport has communicated with Ms. ********* about the vehicle she purchased from our dealership.
Unfortunately, we cannot grant the customers request to replace the windshield on this vehicle for a cosmetic repair that has been correctly repaired by our company.

I am rejecting this response because: they have not communicated with me at all? When did they communicate with me?They also have NOT communicated this issue when I purchased the vehicle that they repaired the windshield? I paid $39,000 for a vehicle without them disclosing this information!!!! These are a bunch of crooks and lies that they can tell to my attorney.
The manager himself to this day has never responded nor called me directly.
please make every buyer aware- go to ******** ** ***** *****. BMW of Bridgeport is NOT loyal nor care for their customers. They just take your money and lie.
