We went to look at vehicles they had a 2023 Ford ******** *** **** ********** ******** msrp sticker price was 34,705 on the truck. We were talking with one of the dealers and he said it's actually 39,700 and it did not say that anywhere on the vehicle. They were very rude and not willing to give me the price on the vehicle.

Mrs. *****, I am taking the time to respond to your complaint. On the day you came to our location you were speaking to Karl, one of our salespeople and expressed interest in our Ford ******** that we had available. Karl explained to you that the price of the vehicle was 39705. One thing you may or not be aware of is how incredibly difficult it is to find a ********* that isnt already pre sold by a customer who has waited a year or two for it to arrive. Due to the covid outbreak, supply chain issues, the availability of parts and reduced work forces have drastically decreased the availability of certain product lines that are nearly impossible to get...Essentially Supply and Demand. When Demand is greater than supply price goes up. When Supply is greater than Demand, price goes down. example...gasoline, when oil is in short supply the price per gallon goes up and we pay 4-5 dollars at the pump. When oil is plentiful the price at the pump goes down and we save a few dollars in our pocket. In the case Maverick, the national supply of them sold out via retail order from the Manufacturer. In order for us to have one for sale we usually have to buy the allocation from another dealer which we pay thousands of dollars more over cost. Not a desirable way to get vehicles for sale but in this post covid world it is what we have to do. That cost of obtaining a in demand vehicle gets passed onto the final consumer. The window sticker is a Suggested Retail price and frequently vehicles are sold under that number. If you can wait we can order a 2024 ******** for you at MSRP as soon as the order bank opens, this way you get what you want the way you want it. It could take months to get but you will get it the way you want it at the price you want. Park City Ford has been in business for 35 yrs, and would never take advantage of any consumer, Hopefully his note explains what we are going through as well...

      Sincerely

      Jason W F****
