Pool company refinished the pool. The refinishing created a film on the surface of the pool. They said they would address and fix the problem. Paid them to stand behind their work and fix the issue. They never fixed the issue, walked away from job after promising to address the issue and blamed it on factors beyond their control.Business response

This complaint just reached my desk on 1/4/2024 due to the Better Business Bureau having outdated information from the previous owners. I have researched you account and find we replastered your pool on May 10,2023 to resolve any issues. I hope this action did resolve your issues. Let me know if there is anything outstanding.
