      My Name is ******* ******* I'm filing a. Complaint against RITE PRICE TIRE&WHEELS of ********** **. Failure to complete road safety for my vehicle. I purchase Tires & Wheels for my 2014 ******** ******... I went to this place of business, Now being Under New management... I asked the Manager there, (Abhi) is his name That I was interested in purchasing new tires &wheels for my car and could he help w. My request. He said Yes....Tires & Wheels were ordered, July 2022 for my ********. Costing me $3,500.00 Thinking everything was ordered to properly install THESE Tire&Wheels onto my car. So I took it for a test drive to make sure everything was OK. The test drive shown that everything was not ok took it right back and told them the steering wheel was shaking REAL BAD.. "THERE POINT OF ACTION" Was to re-balance the tires do a Re-agliment and the same problem persisted.. Then I was told it was my Tierods. Took My Vehicle back to where I purchase it from " ROAD READY USED CAR DEALERSHIP" and was told that there was nothing wrong w. My suspension.. believed it was a spacer that is usually put onto the wheel drum to extend the Wheels from the wheel well when purchasing AFTER MARKET wheels. Which could be the problem. Going back and forth w. Exalting words came to the conclusion that the extention was an existing part for My old wheels that came w. My car.. Which should've never been used to support the purchase of my new W/T. So RT&W removed the old existing part and put my New wheels & tires directly to the drum which they thought would not fit at first w/o the extention.. But realized they did fit. But needed HUBRINGS to make a proper fit. Test drove my car a third time, plus one more after telling me the right HUBRINGS were ordered but the problem continues to persist.. Now they refuse all contact from me, those parts were never ordered but taken from there inventory of Used/New parts which did not fit my car, Now forced to go elsewhere to get my car fix

      RITE PRICE TIRES & WHEELS *** ***** **** *********** ** *****. *** ******* ********** ******* ********** **********. I am writing this letter with reference ID ********. Customer came to our shop in June'2022 asking for some wheel and tires for her 2014 ********. Customer came up with some options on her own research on the wheels. We were working on it and gave her for $3500 for set of 4 wheels and 4 tires. Mounting, Balancing, Wheel alignment, lugnuts with splinkey and labor was included. We ordered the same as per the customer request. And we installed wheels and tires with the services mentioned above on 07/30/2022. After job was done, we showed her wheel alignment report which was very bad and that she needs to replace front end parts for her vehicle. she took the vehicle and came back complaining about shaking. As we discussed with her what parts need to be fixed she insisted on going to her USED CAR DEARLERSHIP where she bought the car from and will check if she has warranty on the parts. USED Car Dealer told customer that they did wheel alignment done from TOWN FAIR TIRES and also told her, there is nothing wrong with her car. Moreover they didn't provide her any basic check report or alignment report . We informed customer to get the alignment report from town fair tires with her VIN number reference. But the customer never came back with any reports. Customer was told by the used car dealer that spacers are causing shake and without spacer wheel doesn't fit and wheel will hit the calipers. so we uninstalled the spacers and showed the customer that spacers were not the problem but her front end parts were. Upon several time explaining the customer , she still didn't want to accept the fact that she bought the car with prior problems. As a courtesy, we tried to again help the customer by redoing the job, we balanced the tires, tried hub rings, did realignment because it looks like the USED car Dealer was not trying to fix her problem, neither the customer was willing to accept that her used car came with lot of problem with front end. Now, we sold her tires and wheels which was the absolute correct fitment and we did alignment for her. whenever jobs are done, its our responsibility to inform customers what is recommended to do any fixtures if needed for the vehicle (mechanic job ) and all our customers would follow. We are very sorry for the inconvenience that Ms. ******* had to go through but we tried our best to help her understand and solve her problem. We wish her good luck and still willing to help her in future.

      I'm sorry I didn't read the report I thought it was the one I sent... 

       

      Ok sir there is nothing wrong with the front end of my car I'm not one to shuck or dive a problem and make some else accountable for my problem. 

       

      Rite tires has been putting the wrong parts on my car and had refuse to do the job right a 29.00 dollar part would had corrected the whole problem which were HUB RINGS 

      Which Rite Tires did not provide me with 

       

      But stead would use, used parts or modified parts but NEVER PURCHASED the right part to correct my problem..I witnessed this Myself

      And this company knows that.. 

       

      Yes at first they tried to say it was my front end  YES I took back to the dealership because i had just had a wheel alignment done

       

      Had there been any other problems with the front-end of my vehicle it would have been taken care right then.... This vehicle of.mine is fully covered w. A High end Service mantanice Agreement it would have been quickly taken care of if there was a problem 

       

      SO It was Quickly dismissed from the dealership I purchased it from. 

       I only own this car for 2month before I brought it to  Rite tires..

       

       

      After several times going back and forth nothing would get done w. Out The approval of his brother which is the owner and the person I was dealing w. His name is Abhi 

      His employees TEST DROVE MY CAR.. told Ahibi that the car needed HUB RINGS or New Tires neither one he was willing to replace. Unless his brother told him too.... So he stop dealing w. Me.... 

       

      THAT'S  when I took my car to DeSanti Tire and Wheels 

      A highly qualified Replicable company been around for years....

       

      They Asses my car ..I only

      Needed HUB RINGS... Front-end was Ok....

      I was told that the HUB RINGS which was on my vehicle were not the right ones.... so they ordered the right parts which cost me to correct  there problem they created was 100.00 plus  dollars 

       

      a simple problem to correct.. if they had purchased the right parts which the cost for HUB RINGS was less then 29.00 which should have been a part of the package deal when ordering After market wheels and tires 

      And they know this I thought....

       

      But I was also told by DeSantis tires if the HUB RINGS did not correct the problem then its the tires.. the exact same thing I told Rite Tires. Because they were not the best tires for my high end car.. MASERATI Ghibli Q4

       

      But they refuse to listen...prior to me going to DeSantis...

       

      So if the right parts were ordered from the beginning  when i purchased Wheels andTires 

      I wouldn't be here now...

      There statement is a lie and they know it..
