Ordered a basket to be delivered on Sunday October 1,2023. Paid in full- Provided my number and the recipients phone number. Was at appointments on Sunday and noticed I had 1 missed call from edible arrangements. Returned the call to be notified the basket was left on the front door step when no one answered the door. When I called the Recipient she stated she would not be home for over an hour. It was 76 Degrees outside. We left our appointment early, Drove 25 minutes out of our way and when we got there the arrangement was sweating and melting. It was wet and the chocolate was soft all over. I called the store back and after texting Pedro the pictures, he stated that if it was edible to eat the arrangement, if not to throw it away. I stated I did not want another arrangement and I wanted a refund. I was told I would be contacted by management for that refund the next day. I was not contacted by anyone and called back myself on Tuesday morning. Spoke to Lisa. She stated they could send another arrangement. I said that is not what I was told on Sunday and already sent a different basket . She stated the owner would call me back. Rasheed called. He was incredibly RUDE, hostile and spoke over me the entire time. He swore and hung-up the phone on me after stating I would NOT get a refund. he stated the pictures didn't look bad, and I could have ate that. SHOCKINGLY disgusted and the worst customer service I have ever received.
