Had a severe sore throat, went here to a new Primary since old one left this location. Got a covid test done outside...negative result. Nurse inside refused to give me a strep test and said I had to do it myself. Wasn't sure how so she told me to do it TWICE. Told doctor he seemed puzzled. Left the room didn't come back for 45 min when I heard him say "Is he still in there?" Told me they ran out of strep tests for him to do one and that my result I did was negative. I pleaded for him to prescribe me something to help me get better which he refused. I was there for 3 hours and got no help of trust worthy result. This led me to go to urgent care next day and they did a strep test and prescribed me something which helped me within 24 hours to start getting better. I contacted them multiple times after receiving a bill, by phone at the office and billing office with my experience and they refused to reduce the price. I agreed to pay for Covid test and they still pushed for full charge. I received a survey for my experience which I mailed in. I also mailed in a hand written letter to them about my experience and asking to only be charged covid testing when i received a final notice bill...Have a picture of the letter I wrote. They have sent out my debt to a collection agency. I am looking to get the debt collection wiped clean...and if they want to charge me for just the covid testing I would probably pay. At this point it has been a very terrible experience of patient treatment and I will never go back there or recommend anyone to use that location.Business response

I wanted to let you know after reviewing the entire office visit we have determined that we will be doing a courtesy adjustment on the entire charge for this patient, ***** ******.
