      Brought my 2021 **** ***** ******** for service every time I brake the car would shake a lot. This isn’t my first time brining it in for this problem first time they did an alignment on the car next they did rotors after the 3rd time me brining it there saying nothing was wrong. Now I brought it back yesterday and now I need brakes and rotors again which I just had rotors a year ago. Now the service manager told me my car would be ready by this morning and it’s now 11 am and there no tech working on the car as of now. I am very displeased with the service I got from Crowley I will now start going to another **** business to get my car serviced I am not happy and I have work at noon! I don’t think it should have to pay for brakes and rotors when they told me numerous times the **** was fine. I want store credit or my money back!

      I brought my vehicle in my 2015 Jeep grand Cherokee due to a noise and my front end. I was told the noise was from the struts and lower control arms. They replaced them with aftermarket parts not Jeep parts and then charged me additional 340 past what my warranty paid this was cash out of my pocket. When I picked up my car, it had the same sound. It was not fixed then I was told upper control arms. They did those each time extending over a month at a time waiting for them to get my car in for a appointment and for parts. I picked up my Jeep again same issue. The issue was never corrected Mark reassured me many times it was fixed to be picked up again and it’s not fixed then they decided to put in a steering unit during this duration I’ve asked for my parts to show me that they were actually broken because they’re taking out jeep parts to put an aftermarket parts not Jeep. Every single time I picked up my vehicle, it had the same sound then I asked for the manager Tom called me and he was very short and rude to me. I asked him to go over everything that they have put into my vehicle since I still have the same exact sound that I brought it in the first time for he was supposed to call me back and never did that was in September. I went for an oil change they put my jeep up on a lift to find out that even my splash guard that covers the motor underneath the vehicle was never put back on from Crowley. I called Mark and left him a message. He text me to let me know that he sent my message to Tom. It’s been two weeks he still has not called me back. So instead of fixing my Jeep correctly they choose to ignore me. And they never gave or showed me the parts they said needed to be replaced .
