I thought this would stop once they figured it out I talk to them on the phone got no results. I put an obituary in the *** for my son ***** **** who died on May 29 2021. I was informed that they would not put it in the paper unless it was paid in advance $153.00 I paid it via ECH over the phone. The paper has been sending me advertising invoices every month since April 2021 maybe sooner. I am asking you to get the debt discharged and to stop sending me invoices for something that is already paid. My sons name is ***** ****. I am his mother ***** **** and I put his obituary in myself. What a waste of time and money as well as bothering me every month.Business response

I apologize, one way or the other this should have been taken care of. We changed systems in June of 2022, so all I can see now is a balance forward, so I can't track down the history of when this ran or when/if it was paid. The customer didn't say who she talked to, but I will take care of it and credit the account.

I ordered a one year subscription paid in full for my senior citizen mother on July 5th the cost was $286 which was debited from my account. I was told her delivery would begin July 7th and it is now July 20th and she has yet to receive a paper. My order reference number is *********. I have left 3 voicemails since no one there answers the phone and emailed at least 10 times to no avail. They need to either start delivering and refund me partially for July or refund me entirely and cancel this. I have my call logs and emails if needed.
