      I ordered a Halloween decoration, a 12 ft skeleton 9/18/22. $89.98. They provided me shipping information on 9/21/22. Tracking from ***** Post *************. Weeks later i received a cooling towel in a dog **** dispenser in place of the item i ordered. They ship something small, lightweight and insignificant to have an actual tracking number for proof of delivery. However they don't actually have the items you ordered. They never replied to my emails. Their phone is disconnected. Their website is non existent.

      Purchased 3 skeletons for our business property on September 18th. On October 8th I reached out through email as they do not have a phone number listed. No one will return my emails to get a refund.

      I purchased a 12 foot skeleton 10-6-22 the website immediately took my money and now won’t return any emails or calls regarding where my package is and now I can’t even find the website online

      I ordered a giant skeleton from Neatya for $89. they originally sent a cheap shawl of some sort. Now that I am researching, I see this must be the scam: Order an expensive item and they ship you a very cheap item like this shawl or even a pair of socks. I have requested a refund from the company but in doing so I researched them and see a lot of others have had the same experience. I am attaching my previous emails with the company.

      I ordered an item and never received a tracking number or follow up email. The item never came and it has been almost 2 months. I have emailed several times with no response. The phone number is no longer in service. The item was about $90. This website is a scam.

      On August 23, 2022 I ordered 2 different **** sets from NEATYA.COM, and was charged on 8/24/2022 $161.17. - **** ******* ****** ******** ***** ***** Building Kit, Model Set and Assembly Toy for Kids and Adults (2480 Pieces) for $74.58 - **** ******* ****** ***** Colosseum (9036pcs) for $86.59 Right after the order was place, I tried to contact them by the number on their website, which did not work, so I emailed them. Never responded to my email. A few days later, sent another email to cancel the order. Still no response They said they shipped it out from ******** and to track it here *****************************, with Tracking No. *************. The package I received did not come from ********, but from ********** through USPS First Class tracking number 9*** **** **** **** **** ** with a notation Tracking No. *************. which was mailed from ********** with the following name & address ********* ******** *** * ******** ***** ** ****** ** ****** It was a plastic mailer with a child's belt, received on Sept 12, 2022. I then did some research online about this company, and many other people received bogus items, with no response from this seller/company. Some people ordered at least one of the items I did, and received a belt. Same scam I email them again, with pictures of the mailer & belt & requested a full refund. After a few back & forth emails, they refuse to issue a full refund, “Refund, we would only return 60% of the original price to you We keep a little for a part of wrong item cost and shipping fee” Keeping $64, they never sent out the original items, they intentionally sent out the wrong item (confirmed due to other customers received the exact same thing for the same item ordered) I want a full refund this is a repeated action with an intention to scam / defraud. Other customers ordered a **** Set & received a belt.

      I ordered a **** set for $88.92. I filed a dispute for the charges with my bank and the company reached out to them and said the package was on its way. In the description they sent the bank it said I ordered a coat. What i received in the mail was a cheap looking black belt. Not even close to a **** set. I have tried to call the number on the company’s website and it is no longer in service and they refuse to answer any emails.

      In 8/31 I ordered a 12ft skelaton for Halloween decorations. On 9/13 I received a belt from this company. I paid $89 for this product and believing was a scam.

      I ordered an item from the company called NEATYA and have not received any shipping confirmation, or tracking number telling me the status of my order. I have emailed them twice at ******************* and have not been contacted. I have called the provided phone number three times at ###-###-#### and it is completely garbled and scratchy when connected. This happens every time the number is dialed. The amount of the purchase was $89.98 and was paid with a credit card. I am afraid the company may be a scam and need help contacting and/or resolving this. Thank you ***** *******
