Zero stars. This company is a total scam. I ordered the 12 ft skeleton on September of 2022 and it is now February 2023 and the have "re sent" this to me 4 times. Which means they have done nothing. I wanted so badly to believe I was going to have this to surprise my son. They did tell me that they would only refund 70% of the Dale price plus they would keep "a little bit" for shipping "and a bit more" for something else. They are a total scam. Now I am looking for every site to warn people of this scan.

Zero stars. This company is NOT a legit company, it is a complete scam. I purchased a 12ft tall skeleton (yard decoration) for $90. Three weeks later I received a very cheap plastic womans' belt that cannot be worth more than $2. I tried calling the company and the phone line was disconnected. I emailed the company multiple times and they finally responded 12 days later. They admitted to a "logistics error" but would not provide me with an address to return the belt (that has virtually no monetary value). They offered to ship the product again but I declined as it was supposedly shipping from ***** and I need it in two weeks- it would not be here in time. I also asked them to provide me a photo of the product to prove that they even HAD it available to ship, and they could not comply with my request. I requested a full refund as they were unable to send me the product that I ordered and paid for. They said they could only offer me a 60% refund ($54) to cover their "shipping, customs, and commissions" charges on the belt that they also would not allow me to return. I declined the 60% and they offered 70% refund. No legitimate business would try to negotiate keeping a customers' money after admitting they are 100% at fault for not shipping the correct item. I declined the 70% refund and they became unresponsive. I am confident that the company is not legit and is truly scamming it's customers. The 12 ft skeleton was being offered for $90; it is sold for over $300 at **** ***** and other legitimate stores, They are luring customers in with unbeatable prices, then shipping garbage and refusing to issue a full refund based on "logistics errors" and "shipping expenses" on their end. This company needs to be taken down as they are scamming innocent consumers and getting away with it.

I ordered a lego set and its been since Sept 9 and still have not received my item. Emailed several times got no reply. Number says it's disconnected. Can't even get a refund at this point.

This is a scam website. Do not order anything from this company. In early Sept I placed an order and received a confirmation, and then a tracking number when it supposedly shipped. NOTHING was ever received, even when it supposedly arrived. They never responded to any of my emails. I had to report them to my credit card company and will now have to wait up to 2 months until the investigation into the fraud will let me know if my disputed charge will credit my account. Complete rip off. Save yourself the time and money and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
