Service Taylor Propane is making me wait 10 days for heat in below freezing temperatures. I pay on full no money is owed, their service is poor and they have no sense of urgencyBusiness response

Thank you for your concerns. It is really a shame you feel as is we left you without heat. To review our conversation on Friday 12.14.23. Your propane is used for a gas log. A gas log is for ambience and supplemental heat. During our conversation we reviewed your tax card that is on file with the town and did verify you have oil fired forced hot air as your primary source of heat. I explained as a company we must triage calls that are customers such as seniors and families with babies with their primary source of heat that is not working. We always strive to give the best customer service with true emergencies first. I can understand how the glow of a fireplace during the holidays is lovely to look at and to mitigate further run outs my suggestion is for you ask for a monitor with your new propane company.
