I am the executor of the estate of ****** ********, who died in Dec 2023 and was a long-time patient of this medical practice. The estate has received monthly bills for a charge dating back to 2020 that was paid. I have called the office, spoken with the billing manager, texted the billing manager (at her request) all the documentation related to this and yet I continue to be billed.Initial Complaint

This is a recurring issue. I only go to this Dr. once a year and every year, I receive invoices for the copay that I already paid for on the day of my visit. This last visit, I have called numerous times & each time, they just took a message with no call back. Instead, I continue to get invoiced and now it's 121 days last due & should NOT be going into collections. It was already paid the DAY OF SERVICE! Even asked for Dr. Kayne himself to call me and I never received a call. Attached is my credit card billing statement showing the amount paid.
