Consequently, I find myself in the unfortunate situation of having to pay a Quest bill for a doctor's appointment I am unable to schedule or fully comprehend due to the lack of post-test consultation. While I genuinely appreciated my initial interaction with Dr. Anastasio, the subsequent absence of follow-up has significantly diminished my overall satisfaction. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this practice to others seeking quality service, as my experience has demonstrated a notable lapse in the provision of thorough and timely care. It is disheartening to witness a practice with such potential fall short in the crucial aspect of patient communication. Consequently, I advise against investing your time in this particular healthcare facility, as it seems unable to deliver the level of service and attention patients rightfully deserve.
