I met with Cheshire Sports on Tuesday, April 5th to pick out the logo to use on Red Hats they had in stock. They had a book of Cheshire Swim and Dive logo to choose from. I picked out a logo to use on the hat and mentioned that the girls team using the 'Swimming and Diving' and the Boys Team uses 'Swim and Dive'. I NEEDED, the Boys team logo - Cheshire Swim and Dive on the hat. If they could remove the "C" from the logo that would help it fit the hat. CJ, the rep that was helping me that day, then went to the office and took notes and let me know that he would call me when it was ready. I'm kicking myself now, that I didn't look over his notes before I left. I picked up the two hats, on 4/11 and stated to the cashier that they didn't seem right. The hats said "Cheshire Swim and Diving". I said I would go home and double-check with the shirt I have at home to see if that was the right logo. I called him immediately and stated that it was not correct. They said they would make it right. After many phone conversations, Chuck, their manager's only solution was to remake the hats and sells them to me for $10 each. I don't feel this is a good solution since I had asked specifically for the hats to say "Cheshire Swim and Dive" and they do not. This not my fault, it is the companies. They need to fix it and make it right. I am asking for a full refund and this point.
