I totally agree with all the 1 stars here. He is extremely slow to getting details about a contract. He hired me to pick up some skylights and avoided giving me details. He sent me to his "main" guy who said he had no clue of what was going on. He then texts me at 6:45am to tell me about a pick up at 7am, in which they still hadn't given me any addresses. Extremely unprofessional.

After getting three estimates to replace my skylight, I found Frank's was the best. Not only was it the least amount of the three, it caried the best warrantee. I also picked him as he is a certified installer of Velux skylights which is one of/ or maybe the best skylight maker in the business. He gave a detailed explanation of the job and costs involved, which the others didn't. His capable crew finished the job and added a decorative trim around the edges for a nice, finished look. Then they even swept the floor when the job was complete! So, there you have it.

Residential Home Improvement was contracted to replace and install a new skylight in my ******* home. The company was efficient and provided a reasonable cost for the job. They were very easy to work with and getting the job done in a timely manner. They are an excellent company to work with on a new project. R.L.

Residential Home Improvement, LLC in *********** *** and myself agreed to an install date on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at 8:00AM. It was for a 1, 16 foot piece of gutter, with screeners, a downspout and a couple of 45 degree pieces of bends to be installed on my shed. This install date did not occur until Wednesday August 24, 2022 due to a rain excuse on August 23 that rain never happened. On Wednesday the worker came without a work order and questioned me about what he was supposed to do. I thought that was quite strange of him not having any paperwork. During the quote I told the manager that I wanted a bigger angle than normal on the gutter due to the fact that I had 2 huge trees very close to the shed & I wanted to make sure all debris from the tree got drained out during a rain event. The install was completed, and I paid the bill in full, on August 24, 2022 and the worker left. After an hour or so I decided to look at the angle of the new installation and it did not seem to have much of an angle so I put my level on the gutter and compared the angle with the house gutter and they were different. The house gutter had a bigger angle than the shed gutter! I took pictures of both. It was supposed to be the other way around. I called the manager and he said he was not coming back to take care of this and he was going to rip of my check. He actually voided it and showed me a picture of it with the word VOID written on the face of the check. So now I have a new problem of getting the new installation fixed by me or another contractor. Thursday August 25, 2022 the manager called me up in the morning and said he has changed his mind after thinking about it, and wanted a date that he could come out and take care of this problem. I told him that I had made other plans since he had refused to come back and take care of this the day before. My advice to potential customers of the company is BEWARE!
