I paid Main Street Door $880 on August 8th, 2022, for a deposit on a garage door panel to be installed. I have made every effort to contact the company, including multiple phone calls, texts, and email, with no response. I never received the garage door panel, or had it installed. Unable to reach by phone since a message states "the mailbox is full and cannot accept a message."Initial Complaint

Contracted with Main Street Door on 10/22/2022 to order and install a garage door for newly constructed detached garage. On that date Mark I****, owner, provided an estimate, we signed at Sales Agreement and provided a deposit of $1863 via credit card. Since then, Mark at first gave excuses as to why the delivery and installation was delayed, set installation dates and failed to show and then stopped communicating completely. When I contacted him at the same business phone number using a phone number unknown to him, he answered only to hang up once he realized who I was. This is clearly a pattern with Mr I****, he has scammed numerous others with promise of new doors only to take the deposits and ghost the clients. I have reported him to the *********** ******** ********** ******** and am exploring legal options, both civil and criminal.
