It’s one star because I can’t leave less. I really tried my best not to write this review. I’m not this guy, I like to deal with things in person but I feel this is my only and final option. I’m beyond frustrated, they’ve ruined the whole process of doing a home project for me. They’ve stressed me out completely for at least the last 6 months. I’m tired and beat. I signed my contract on 6/6/21, I was told I would have it installed on 5/2/2022. It is now 12/6/2022 and I still have nothing. No phone calls returned, worst customer service ever. I’ve got a list of every time I’ve called the office or John himself and every response I’ve gotten from them. They are completely unresponsive, every date I’ve been given after 5/2 was a complete lie and I highly doubt they even have my pool. I wouldn’t recommend this company if it was the last one left on earth. I’m sure they will respond with some generic comment that they tried to reach out to me or offer my money back but it’s all a lie. Anyone curious can contact me directly and I’ll tell the whole story. Steer clear from this company

I contacted Sabrina Pools to close my pool for the season. The guy on the phone asked me all the questions and knew I had a gunite in ground pool. He scheduled my closing for Wednesday 11/2. The guys showed up to my property to close the pool and stated we don't work on gunite pools then left. I called Sabrina pools to get this rectified with no assistance from the manager. Basically I was told to go ahead and contact the better business bureau they were not helping me. They left me in the dark for days and made excuses as to why they never returned my calls. I am infuriated with this company and would never recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately this experience has been an absolute nightmare. We wanted to support local, however we've been left in the dark. We signed a mutual agreement/contract last year (2020), and it stated our project would start first week of june 2021. It was postponed til july for unknown reasons. Then pushed back til august. Now we are in september and have a mess of a back yard. One crew began leveling and grading the area. They ruined the yard and dumped piles of dirt in an area that was recently cleared out and ready for grass seed ($400 job we had done in june). The 2nd crew came in and complained that the level job was insufficient. They erected 2 or 3 panels. Now all we have are these random walls erected. A mud pit. And a destroyed yard. One hand has no idea what the other hand is doing. We are left in the dark. We lost out on a full season of what we thought would be family fun all year. The loan company delivers half the payment upon delivery of the pool kit, so i k ow they've received 50% of the payment, but unfortunately we do NOT have 50% of a pool. Frustrating experience to say the least. This is not the only incidence to occur this summer. Other families and friends have expressed the same frustrations with Sabrinas.
