I purchased ******* a medical food for digestive related issues. I paid $40 for the product. I am unable to use the product and decided to return it. My order #*****. I spoke with Alfee S**** who said it would be refunded and sent me an proof of refund receipt. That was a week ago and I still haven't been refunded. I checked with my bank and there has yet to be any refund to my checking account. I feel this company is dishonest and I just want my $40 back.Business response

This is in response to case ******** below.
The consumer in the attached case was issued a refund, but unfortunately due to a technical error the refund did not go through. We have re-processed the refund today and the consumer should be receiving the refund shortly. We will also be reaching out to them directly to notify them of the refund as well as issue an apology. We are sincerely sorry for the delay in the refund and will work to ensure this does not occur again.

I bought probiotic fudge from the company's website for my kid, but all I got was probiotics that had expired for two months... I contacted customer service and they asked me to send the bottles back for a refund or replacement, but a week has passed and I haven't received any reply and I don't know where to put the trash...
