I purchased a kitchen floor, floating plank type from VRP Flooring. Within 3 months the flooring started to crack and the owner came out saw it and replaced it. Now several months later the entire floor is curling up at the joined edges. A representative from the company came out saw the floor and said he would replace the floor. Now I cannot reach them because all phone numbers I have for them they have blocked and I can’t reach them, even by email they will not answer. This has to be the worst company to do business with and I would caution anyone to stay away from them.Customer response

Attention to detail poor. Still waiting for area refinished under fridge to be completed. Been six weeks. Was assured it would be corrected, so final payment made. Two additional reminders sent.

In January 2023 VRP did flooring for us in 3 areas of our home. The sun room and the living room came out perfect. The entryway has some edges of the planking that stick up. We have contacted them several times. At one point they did ask us how many plank we thought needed to be replaced. We said 5 or 6 as far as we can tell. Since then they have not answered our texts or emails. I have seen them in the neighborhood. I would just like them to come and fix the floor, the pieces that stick up or we will be forced to take them to small claims court.Business response

VRP flooring sanded and stained and finished the hardwood floors throughout my entire first floor. A few days after the job was completed I noticed some areas needed to be re-serviced. I called and texted VRP multiple times with no response. A month later they finally came back to the house to see the areas and refused to completed the needed work. They were extremely rude to me. I will never use them again - they do not stand by their work.Customer response
