This company did a very unprofessional job at my home and I tried to resolves it, he told me you signed a contract and we did the floor, but does that mean leaving wide gaps in the floor they put new flooring down, I had carpet before so I had wide gaps, he said I need to replace my baseboard, how about explaining this to the customer before so they can make an informed decision, I showed pictures to the person that recommended them and the person said that was very unprofessional, and have pictures, where can I upload them.Review from Maria

I have to say I can see why this company has poor reviews. I set up an appointment with them for today between 5pm to 6pm. Horatio shows up, and I showed him around and went over my issues. I him I need a solution and a quote to fix the flooring in my house. It was like he didn’t want to be here. He said he couldn’t fix my issues. When I asked what caused my problems he said he couldn’t say be a he didn’t do the work, but he gave me ideas. I then said well can we put together a quote to repair or replace he said no because he didn’t do the job. So he knew what the issues were, but couldn’t be bothered to do a quote. What a waste of time. Stay away from these clowns.Review from Asia C.
