I purchased two sofas, chair, desk, rug, and a wall unit from Ethan Allen. Every piece of the furniture was damaged and could not be repaired. Ethan Allen only wanted to reorder the furniture. However, at the same time the manager made the comment "what happens if the furniture comes back damaged a second time. With that being said, I lost all trust and confidence in Ethan Allen and did not have the desire to reorder the furniture from them. Now for the past five months they have been harassing and threatening me, stating I owe them money because they refunded me too much money. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They have very poor customer service, and their quality of furniture has gone down considerably.Review from CHERYL B

We have purchased from Ethan Allen since 1992 for several houses. We recently received a delivery and the delivery guys scratched our wood floors from the door jam to the place the sofa was placed. We filed a claim through our insurance company, however, we tried to get Ethan Allen to pay for our deductible, but we just received notice they would not cover the damages. We will not purchase from Ethan Allen again.Review from Joe S

We bought a dining room set back in 2018 from Ethan Allen. Unfortunately less than 5 years later there have been 3 chairs that have cracked and the backs have broken off at the very same place. We do not lean back on them or treat them rough. If it was one chair, I could understand that it was a fluke but since it's 3, there is a flaw in the design and manufacturing of this chair. When I brought this to Ethan Allen's attention, I was blown off and told that it's too old anyways. Less than 5 years for a dining room chair?!?!?! Do not buy any of their products...
