              I booked an appointment for gutter cleaning service. The appointment was scheduled for 11/18/22. The company called me after the time of the appointment to tell me they needed to reschedule. The explanation I was given is that they "got a bigger job" and wouldn't be able to fit me in on that day. We rescheduled for 11/21/22. Again, after the scheduled time I received a call saying they would not be coming. The explanation this time was that the crew was in an accident. The representative promised to call me by the end of the day with a new date. I never heard back from anyone at the company. I followed up multiple times to reschedule and left multiple voice mails and text messages for the scheduling department. Not one reply. I paid a $170 deposit that I have asked to be refunded, as I no longer wish to work with this company, My calls, texts, and emails have gone unanswered for a week,

              I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. VENDOR WAS TOLD OF MY TRAVEL SCHEDULE 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD INSTALL NO LATER THAN 11/15. THEY SHOWED UP TODAY (11/19) WHILE I WAS AWAY AND DEMANDED THEIR FINAL PAYMENT. I SPOKE WITH TIFFANY (WHO WAS THE ONE WHO WAS TOLD OF MY SCHEDULE) AND TOLD HER I WOULD HAVE A FRIEND STOP BY 11/24 AT 9:00 AM TO REVIEW AND APPROVE AFTER WHICH I WOULD CLEAR THE BALANCE BY CREDIT CARD. SHE REFUSED. I HAVE NOW PAID IN FULL FOR A JOB I HAVE NOT SEEN.
