      To anyone whom owns an **** ***** ***** ******* AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!! I brought my *** in for what should have been a simple engine replacement well they wound up convincing my warranty that they could do a "top end rebuild" literally 10ft after pulling out of the dealership my car over heated... brought it right back and Justin, useless service advisor, said he'd get it checked. My Jeep was there for months and every time I would call to check in on my vehicle no one would answer a damn phone due to them knowing my caller ID so when I immediately call from my shop number I was greeted by some nasty female working the phone who did not seem to care that I was calling about my vehicle that I worked VERY hard for and proceeded to hang up on me. Well long story short I picked up my car and they had damaged my entire front end, broke my radiator which they charged me $1,400 for and lost more bolts for my front end than I can count on all fingers and to top it all off? I had the replace my transfer case and that was not even bolted in properly!!! After only driving my Jeep for 200 miles the engine repair they did failed spectacularly, who'd have guessed because the motor should have been replaced in the first place, the oil went black and was freaking burnt and full of metal so I called to bring it back but decided last minute to bring my Jeep to my usual dealership in Stamford and I got a BRAND NEW ENGINE, not a manufactured engine or a new cam and lifters, like they did here, a brand new motor. Had the team tell me that my freaking timing cover was missing 4 bolts, my diff was unbolted and my transfer case wasn't installed properly. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and am talking to my lawyer about filing a lawsuit for the damage to my car. Again to anyone who has worked hard for their dream car DO NOT GO HERE!

      Literally refused to sell me the car at their own asking price when I told them I was planning on paying with cash (cash provided to me from an outside lender). I made the salesperson aware I was adamant on staying with my current lender for financing because I have a disability, and my outside lender has been very accommodating with helping me navigate the stress of the entire car buying process in general and gone above and beyond their due diligence of what they were required to ensure that I was 100% on the same page. Even after I explained that this dealership outright Refused to make any kind of deal with me unless i financed it through them, which assured me they couldn’t care less about me. Overall weird experience because it took me two hours of speaking with the salesman to actually get him to say that out loud, because they kept gaslighting me and giving me the runaround.. wouldn’t recommend them because this experience made me very angry and uncomfortable, and I lost two hours of my life that I will never get back. Is it ethical , or even legal, for a car dealership to refuse to sell a car based on where the money comes from? Definitely not ethical, Probably not legal. But this isn’t the crime of the century so they’ll probably continue doing so. The point of a car dealership is to SELL cars. Not sell financing. Car buyers be wary of that. Car buyers also be wary that this chain of dealers charge a conveyance fee over double the price of any other dealers in the county (that they also refused to negotiate on). I hope this review helps other people in my situation

      On December 16, 2024 I had an appointment with Danbury Kia to look at a 2024 Sportage. After viewing the car I decided to purchase it. I told the salesperson that I would be paying the majority of it in cash and would finance the balance through my bank because the dealer could not match my bank's interest rate. They were selling the car for two thousand dollars over sticker price. I was agreeable to the price and ready to put a deposit on the vehicle. Then a manager came out to do a hard sell on an extended warranty which the cost would be thousands more. I declined this as I was already spending more than I had planned on the vehicle. The salesman was ready to take a deposit but after talking with the manager came back to me and said they could not take a deposit or hold the car as I was not financing through them. Essentially refusing to sell the car to me. After wasting an hour and a half of my time my husband and I left there very upset. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

All in-stock vehicles are available on a first-come-first-served basis. You were welcome to purchase the vehicle with a check from the lender of your choice at the MSRP, not above it. We hope you are able to find a vehicle to meet your needs soon.

      They have been the worse company to deal with. I purchased my 2018 Jeep wrangler from their sells person Skander who assured me that my truck came with the soft and hard top. He told me the hard top to my truck was in the garage he would get it for me. It has been a year and I still do not have my hard too nor a solution after giving them my hard earned money. I have gone up there several times nothing as been resolved. He even tried to get me lease another car to get my hard top that my truck was supposed to come with. I have called talked to finance. I hate that I even went there someone there needs to reach out to me and fix this problem. It’s not fair we come to you to relieve car issues just to have problems

      We have had the absolute worst customer service in your service department with Sal. He has had our vehicle for jus about a month just to get back to us with a service report- nothing has even been fixed yet! It takes him days to call us back- if he even does. We have had to call over a dozen times just to get an answer as to what they found with our vehicle. We have even asked (his coworker twice) that he email us the service report and even that took days. We will never be using this service department again nor will be be buying any vehicles in the future from this group. Bc it took an entire month to get our service report, you can bet we won’t be spending any money with them. Imagine how long it will take to fix it?!?

      Don't do business with these people. In March of this year, I purchased a "certified Pre-Owned" 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was presented as having new brakes/calipers and tires. 2 weeks later the rear passenger side brake caliper came loose, and my rear tire locked up and the car was undrivable. I had to have it towed to my mechanic who repaired the issue. I spoke with the folks here and was assured they would reimburse me for my out-of-pocket expenses. Well, it's been 3 months and their Director of Preowned vehicles Andre L****** has ghosted me. Not only did they put my life at risk but as far as I'm concerned, they committed fraud by selling me a vehicle that was obviously not properly certified. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

      They harassed me by calling me 8 times after I told them I was going with a different dealership. Continued to call even after my husband also told them to stop- twice. We had to blocked their number.

      They willingly sold a van to my husband without giving a car fax or disclosing the fact that an accident had occurred with the prior owner when asked specifically . Never gave the cpo paperwork with the sale and insisted it was Certified Pre Owned . Completely disregarding our concerns for warranty and resale. Claiming that carfax isn’t a reliable source to use . They just play games with peoples money for their own gain ! Have not even attempted to correct the issue .

      This dealership is horrible and does illegal transactions. I have bought a few cars from them. To make a long story short, my ex-boyfriend, Kevin, traded my car in for another one in someone else’s name. They allowed it, Kevin signed his name to trade the car in. The car was supposed to be paid off in 10 days and someone at Danbury Jeep realized they couldn’t pay off the car, as I had the title. Emails went back and forth, Sal, general manager, replied to my email being very nasty. End result, they said they are cancelling the deal and flatbed the car to me. I have the paperwork for the bill of sale, the odometer reading, the receipt that the plates were turned in and the registration. So they ruined a relationship with one customer, to satisfy another customer who they did an illegal transaction with. They don't care that they cancelled the deal, that I am now stuck with a car that I cannot afford. Even when I was wiling to send them the title, so it would be paid off and out of my name

      We are sorry for any confusion in this matter. When the vehicle was presented for trade against the purchase of a new vehicle, our initial proposal included it in the calculation for the deal. This was always contingent upon a proper title being presented and/or loan pay-off details being confirmed. When it was brought to our attention that the gentlemen did not have the title and the vehicle was in your name, the original offer was rescinded, and a new deal was written without the trade. Subsequently, as the vehicle belongs to you, and you declined to pick it up, it was returned as soon as possible at our expense. We apologize for any inconvenience, but the vehicle would not have been accepted for final trade without the proper paperwork being submitted.

      I was charged $1000 over MSRP. The car had no floor mats and I was promised them. After a month of asking I had to bring in my 2023 Sportage for a check engine light. I asked service about them. They checked with the salesman and they were given an ok to order. I was called to come in and pick them up. They tried to charge me $175.00 for them. When I complained the parts guy said oh yes your right and didn’t charge me. My car yes a 2023 was in for a check engine light. It needed and ignition coil they didn’t have and said it would be a week to get. They said it was fine to drive which it’s not good for the engine or catalytic converter. I didn’t look at the receipt till I got home. It said they changed the oil. I do have free oil changes but I did not ask nor was I asked for it to be changed. The car calls for 0w20 and they put in the wrong oil 0w30. They also lowered my tire pressure to 32psi when the door sticker calls for 35psi cold. I just drove the car 75 miles and the tires were hot so the next day I got a low tire light. Another kicker is I just changed the oil a few days before that so they wasted my oil and filter. The mechanic also got grease on my door handle and steering wheel with no attempt to clean. After waiting two weeks, one week more than promised date for the coil, I tried to contact about the part and was ignored. After another two weeks they answered and really didn’t care about any complaints I had. I was told that Saturday they needed to keep my car and I was getting a loaner that Monday. More than two weeks later now, no loaner. The service manager said they probably had no loaners but knew nothing about it. The service person said they had to clear it with the manager. Just a total circle jerk of lies. The manager said I should have had communication from them but the service person never called. The nonsense question from the service manager was let me know if I can help. He never had the service department do anything.

      It’s appreciated you follow up but unfortunately your service department thinks my issues with the vehicle don’t matter. I’ve tried to be patient with them and it’s just a continuous circle of nothing received. I’m done with Danbury Kia
