Negate and Sons has a form to fill out if you are interested in using their service for opening/closing a pool. I recently bought a home that had a pool built by them the previous year. I reached out for a pool opening specifically requesting an opening the week of May 2-6. The reason for that request was due to the town of ********** needing to close out a permit for the pool. I was notified by Nejame the earliest date they would be able to open my pool was last week of May or first week of June. I told them that date would not work for me. This all took place April 28-29 and emails will prove my contact with them. I then looked at my credit card statement and found a charge of 350.00 from Nejame 4/30/22. I questioned this and have not received any resolution. I want to know why they charged my card without my consent and I am looking for my card to be credited by them since I will not be using their service. Hello,
Mr. ****** ***** requested and filled out the pool opening contract. On the pool opening contract Mr. ***** put down his credit card number and supplied his signature authorizing Nejame and Sons to charge the deposit of $350.00. On the 2022 pool opening form it is clearly started there is a cancellation fee of $150.00 dollars. The customer claims that it was not properly disclosed it is clearly stated on the contract that the customer signed. Mr. ***** cancelled the pool opening, he is entitled to a $200.00 refund. The services rendered is that Mr. ***** took up one of the pool opening spots, that could not be used by any other customer. We tried to settle with Mr. ***** before he went to the credit card company, and he did not want to come to an agreement. Mr. ***** put a claim in to the credit card company, it is still under review with them. Nejame & Sons is waiting to hear from the bank as while before we move forward with any refund. Thank you

****** *****First they are lying through their teeth. I asked for a date that they said they didn’t have available. I said if they couldn’t do it by that date I would not need their services. They proceeded to charge my card even though no date was set for a pool opening. I then proceeded to call numerous times and they said the manager is out on jobs and had no idea when he’d get back to me. I was left no other choice but to contact my credit card company to reject the payment request. My credit card company did not charge me for the services that were not rendered. It’s one thing to do what they did but then to lie about it as well. It shows what kind of company and people they are. I would never recommend them.

The issues has been resolved with the credit card company. the customer as already recovered full payment back. There will be no further refund.
