            Hello. I am writing to you to file a complaint with Luv Inc tattoo located in ******* **. I am 19 years old and when there on Sunday afternoon to get my first tattoo. I had filled out an online form with them and sent them a picture of what I wanted (tattoo 1 pic) I was given an quote of $150 to $175 depending on final size (tattoo pic 2) by Sarae. I gave them a $100 deposit and booked my visit. After the tattoo was completed I was charged over $500.00. The tattoo is bigger than i wanted and looks nothing like what I showed them (tattoo pic 3) I was stupid and paid them the money. I was afraid they would call the police if I did not pay the full amount. They also told me artists get a 20% tip, so I included that too. My mom called to complain and they stated they told me up front it would be $400.00 which they never did. I believe I was deceived and their business practices are fraudulent. I know am out the money but I hope you would investigate them so another young adult will not be taken advantage of like I was. Thank you ****** ******* ************
