Their tow truck driver was sent to pick up my tenants truck from the driveway. The driver backed into & damaged a brick light post at the end of our driveway (totally knocking it off its foundation and separating from the driveway). He didn't want to report it to his boss because he said "it will be taken out of my pay." He wanted to pay my tenant. My tenant said no, we are reporting this. They called it in & my tenant talked with Ray (Mgr ??). Tenant told him we were away until the next day (May 29th) & he would have me call. Many pics were taken that day including the license plate. I talked with Ray 3 days later, he apologized, said they would fix it, it would go thru insurance, he wanted us happy, it won't be resolved until we are happy, etc, etc. June 4th someone showed up to look at & quote the job to Ray. That was 3 weeks ago & no contact from Ray. I've tried calling him & his mailbox was full. I called the main # and it transferred & I was able to leave a message (still no call back). I've sent text messages & no replies. Finally I sent a "persuasive" text telling him to call me or I was calling *** ***s (who the truck was towed to & who uses them as a tow company), filing a compliant with the BBB as well as contacting the police dept to file a report about property damage. Miraculously Ray texted on Friday (6/17) to "give me until Monday (6/20)." Well here it is Thursday afternoon (6/23) & no call from Ray!! I need this light post fixed and want them to pay for it as Ray said they would.
