I put an order of 2 name puzzles for my 2 grandbabies on November 14,2023 , I contacted them 1 month later and they send me an email stating they will be arriving 8 weeks after order was made, we are in February 8 now and did not received the items, I contacted them 2 more times with no response and every time I call there mail box is full, I don’t think illegitimate business all I want is my product that I ordered or at least my money backCustomer response

I did not know how to send the email I sent them when I first contact them so I copy and paste the first letter. This is their response. I contacted them by email more times I called also called several time nobody ever answers. The machine says we are busy assisting other customer please leave a message, but then it tells you that the mailbox is full. Then they send you to another department, which repeats the same thing again, I hope this helps you more with my case

I ordered a monogrammed baby layette as advertised for a newborn on July 12 and received an order confirmation on July 12. It is Order #***** for a "luxury baby boy gift basket". On July 26, because we heard nothing about the article being shipped, I sent an email about the status of the order. I received a reply on July 28 "Hi ****. We received your order with our monogrammer and it should be shipping and on its way this week. We will send you tracking once it is on the way. I hope you are enjoying your summer, and we will message you again with tracking when we receive it from the monogrammer. Katherine" On August 1, I emailed that I am still waiting for confirmation of shipping to be able to track the package. On August 13, after receiving no shipping information, I emailed them to cancel the order and issue a refund, since the baby is no longer a newborn and we still haven't received shipping information. I received a reply on August 14 that read "Hello ****. The monogrammer was closed on the weekend and has not sent us the group of completed orders from last week. I will have tracking information and status update for you tomorrow. . At this point, we really just want to cancel the order as we purchased a different gift. It is now August 15 and the baby is over a month old. I sent a message asking for shipping update on July 28 and they respondedCustomer response

I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience. The lead time on this basket, with monogram is usually about 3 weeks production, then a week to arrive. We do offer this basket without monogramming as well but you had asked for it to be personalized and that always adds an additonal week. We made several attempts to communicate with you regarding the status of your order through email. You had received our emails and responded to them.
As mentioned in our previous correspondence, the monogrammer had completed your custom baby basket and it was en route to us. Due to it being a weekend, I was unable to provide a tracking number at that time.
When clients request special gift presentation, the item is forwarded to our fulfillment center for gift wrapping. By the time you reached out to cancel the order, it was already in the final stages of dispatch. Custom embroidered baskets require a longer processing time compared to blank layette pieces.
I assure you, the gift was wrapped and dispatched as communicated, and was delivered in accordance with our previous email to you. The order was custom and therefore it cannot be stopped once ordered. We had thought you knew it was in production as you had responded to us.
It was a beautiful set and wrapped as well.
I sincerely apologize if there was an expectation that the item would arrive sooner. We strive to process and dispatch orders as swiftly as possible. We shared updates with you as soon as we received them from our monogrammer. Please understand that we did our utmost to ensure timely delivery, given the bespoke nature of the product.

On May 9, 2023 I ordered an announcement from BabyBox online. After a month, I had not received the item nor had I heard anything from BabyBox but I had been charged around $130.00 by ******. I tried calling on the phone but could only leave messages. Called about 10 times and never got a call back I tried emailing with no reply. So then I filed a dispute with ****** to get a refund. BabyBox said it was on the way. So ****** closed the case July 2 and I still got nothing and they have my money. BabyBox will not communicate. I am so sorry that such a company exists with no oversight or recourse for people like me.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this Company in October for $389.95. Details are below. I understood at the time that the order would not arrive in time for Christmas because the items are personalized, but it's now a month after Christmas and I have yet to receive an update on my order. I left several email and phone messages with customer service, all of which are unanswered. I am happy to wait for the item so long as I can be guaranteed a ship date.
