Growing Concern planted 8 Cherry Laurel shrubs and added a drip irrigation around the shrubs on my property in August 2021. The plantings had a one-year warranty as per the attached invoice.   Unfortunately, one of the shrubs was weak and did not survive the winter and I sent them an email on April 12, 2022, with a photo showing the damage. I did not hear back from anyone, so I called their office on May 4, 2022 and spoke with Megan. She said it would be replaced the next week. Nothing was done. I spoke with her again on June 15, 2022, and she said that she would call me later that day to let me know the planting date. She did not call back. I left a message on their voicemail on June 17 and never heard back. I again spoke with Megan on July 5, 2022, and she said that it would be planted that week or the next. In addition, I have called several other times and never had my calls returned. I sent a letter on July 21, 2022 by certified Return Receipt (copy of delivery attached) and I have not yet heard back from them.   The plant has not been replaced to date under the terms of their warranty. I would like them to replace this plant and given their track record, would like a one year written warranty on the replacement plant.
