            I ordered a product online from BEGPUT on July 11, 2022. The product was supposedly sent and delivered (I work from home, nothing was delivered). They supposedly sent it again but this time it "got lost during the shipment". They again claimed they shipped a third time but nothing happened. I asked for a refund. They claimed they could not as they had shipped the product" but agreed to a partial payment on 10/9/2022. After several emails as "they were checking with their finance department", I am still waiting for payment.

            I recently purchased the video game system called Rock band from them and received a shower cap. I did just as their return and replacement website suggested to send it to their Connecticut address and they would process it within 12-24 hours of receiving it. I contacted them and claimed that they cannot receive items at that address and that nothing can be done! Out $86 plus shipping from ***** and to the CT address. Absolute scam!
