I recently purchased the video game system called Rock band from them and received a shower cap. I did just as their return and replacement website suggested to send it to their Connecticut address and they would process it within 12-24 hours of receiving it. I contacted them and claimed that they cannot receive items at that address and that nothing can be done! Out $86 plus shipping from ***** and to the CT address. Absolute scam!

Don’t buy from Begput.com it’s a total scam!! I filed a complaint with ic3 as well which is the FBI’s internet crime complaint form. Who knows if that will actually do anything but everyday that I see beput.com is still up and running it makes me so mad. So long story short I bought a rattan egg chair for $76.95 on the website. A month goes by and I email them asking when I can except it . I’m told the tracking says it was delivered and I should “ check with my neighbors “ in case it got delivered to them . I check the mail as usual and I have a small package that contained a child’s windbreaker , with that tracking number. I complain that this is not what I ordered and I even said I know this is a scam . They said “ oh you received the wrong item? We’ll send it again.” Fast forward another month and now they say it’s been “ lost”. I ask for a refund and they say I can only get 60% back . I complain and they literally said “ how about 70%” !! Like it’s an auction or something . I already complained to my credit card company so I know I’ll get the money back but it makes me so mad that this company just takes people’s money . Part of me wants to see how long they’ll keep this rouse up . Like how many times will they make an excuse for me not receiving the item they clearly don’t ever intend to send me ?

I paid in full for my dresser and it's been 23 days since ordered and received emails saying at Los Angeles California and I'm still waiting. Why would steal our hard earned money...it does feel good to get ripped off. Life is so hard ?? already and now this! I want my refund...please.

I paid $70 for a shed I was supposed to receive over a month ago and never received it. Every time I do send an email to them I do get a reply back but I’m starting to think it’s bogus especially seeing that it says this company is located in Connecticut but all of my tracking information says it’s coming from *****. I do not support ***** and I do not want to buy anything from ***** as a lot of things are made in *****. However I was also told in one of their responses that if they were to issue me a refund I would only be issued 60% of the money back. They took 100% of my money but they only want to give me 60% back. If you are reading this please do not make any orders on begout.com
