    Complete disappointment in regards to this company. I ordered 1 tree to be planted for the loss of my best friend and ordered a total of 4 cards so I could send them to his family members(all in plenty of time for Christmas). After spending quite a bit on the additional cards, I received ONE and the front of the card said I planted 4 trees. I messaged the company to which they have shipped 3 additional cards with a delivery date of the 12th of December. It is now the 17th and the cards have been in the same spot since they said they “shipped” them according to tracking. Lack of comprehension and basic instruction following skills on their part. Won’t order again.

    I am happy to report that my issue has been resolved satisfactorily. A Living Tribute did their due diligence to send me replacement cards and I'm 100 % satisfied with the customer service. They were very efficient and professional so I'm upgrading my score to 5. They understood the assignment!

    What a wonderful remembrance is planting trees! Living Tribute makes it so easy, affordable and rewarding. Their customer service is stellar. This completely replace the standard flowers-that-last-for-a-couple-of days. What better way to celebrate life?

    Recently left negative review for Living Tribute out of frustration that my emails were being ignored. I regret doing so. I was out of line. My problem was addressed and the missing shipment has been resent. Had I been more patient this problem would have taken care of itself. I have no problem doing business with this company in the future nor should anyone reading this review.

    I've made planting a tree in everyone's honor among my family and friends a standard practice. It's a very much appreciated gift among everyone. Especially now, it's the only practical way to celebrate anyone's special day. I also give these as Christmas and other gifts. We need more and more trees!
