  Contracted AM-PM ROOFING SEPTEMBER 2022 NEW ROOF SHINGLES, REPLACE ANY DAMAGED ROOF MATERIALS, AND INSTALL NEW 50 YEAR LEAK PROOF SHINGLES. STRIP OLD ROOF SHINGLES AND INSTALL NEW SHINGLES. UPON INSPECTION OF EXTERIOR OF HOUSE YELLOW SIDING HAD STREAKS OF BLACK FROM ROOF MATERIAL. WHEN PAUL D*** CAME 10/04/2022 TO INSPECT JOB AND PAYMENT I INFORMED PAUL OF SITUATION. PAUL THEN WENT TO TRUCK AND HAD QUART CAN WITHOUT A LABLE AND PROCEDED TO CLEAN ALL STREAKS ON SIDING ON 4 EXTERIOR WALLS AND 2 GARAGE WALLS, HANGING ROOFING MATERIALS (ROOFING DEBRIS, ROOFING NAILS, BETWEEN GUTTER AND FACIA). AT THAT TIME CLEANED SPOTS SHOWED STAINING, WAITED FOR A COUPLE RAINS THINKNG STAINS WOULD WASH OFF! NOT. STAINS DIDN'T CHANGE STILL NOTICEABLE. TALKED TO PAUL I ASKED WHAT HE USED TO CLEAN SPOTS HE SAID " I DON'T REMEMBER" HIS RESPONSE WAS USE MAJIC ERASER THAT TAKES ANYTHING OFF. I WENT TO WALMART PURCHASED MAJIC ERASER TRIED ONE SPOT AND STAIN JUST SAT THERE, NO CHANGE. CALLED AND SENT EMAIL TO PAUL AND NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY. THEN HAD A RAINSTORM APPROX. 12/22/2022 AND NOTICED WATER RUNNING DOWN INTEIOR WALL COMMON TO GARAGE AND HOUSE. CALLED PAUL LEFT EMAIL. WILLIAM (2039176740) FROM AM-PM SHOWED UP 12/24/22 USED MY LADDER INSPECTED ROOF REMOVED SIDING, RUINED SIDING SAID HE NEEDED TO REPLACE FLASHING, WILLIAM ALSO NEEDED OTHER MATERIAL SO HE USED MY FELT I HAD IN OVERHEAD IN GARAGE TO LINE WALL UNDER RUINED SIDING. WILLIAM SAID HE WOULD RETURN FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY (12/28/2022) TO REPLACE SIDING OVER GARAGE, STILL WAITING. WILLIAM ALSO TRIED TO CLEAN STAINS WITH HIS MAJIC ERASER NO CHANGE, WILLIAM SAID " I WILL ASK PAUL WHAT HE USED" NO COMMUNICATION FROM AM-PM NEEDS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY CLEAN AND/OR REPLACE SIDINGS DAMAGED. PAID PAUL D*** $10900.00

  Steve was happy with the work we did, so much so that he paid for the job in full. I am not sure what Steve used to clean his siding and I am not aware of any scuff marks as we had protected all of the walls with plywood.  Thank you Steve but I am not replacing 100 year old siding that was old and damaged before we started.

  I am rejecting this response because: I didn't clean the siding neighbor across street has video of Paul cleaning siding, house was built 1980 so not 100 years old another false statement. Also gutters were bent and still are, issue was given to Paul and he did try to straighten front left house gutter. Also roof leaked and picture shows wet sheetrock in garage and William from AM-PM ON ROOF breaking siding and then reinstalling damaged siding. This workmanship will not be accepted. These issues need to be corrected Paul should be ashamed. Also in other reviews marks on siding is a recurring issue. I have emails sent to Paul and dates I called Paul. Never said I was happy with work performed. Did pay Paul in good faith thinking he was a stand up person not the case. 12/23/2022 Good Morning Paul D***  After Rain checked attic and garage found steaks of water that ran down wall in garage, plywood and sheet rock wet, tape from wall board peeling and hanging. Please respond and come and fix.
