            In March 2022, I contacted the campground to reseve a site (which we have done for several years) for Fourth of Juky weekend. The site was paid for in March 2022 at that time. On Friday, I called to see what the activities were for the weekend and in passing indicated that my boys were a little scared about the impending thunder and lightening that evening as they are in tents. That is when the gentleman on the phone indicated that they do not allow tents any longer. I asked to speak with the manager. I spoke with a women named Caroline (not sure of spelling) who stated since Covid they no longer allow tents in the campground. I asked when they were planning on telling me that as I always have our small camper and tents for the boys. We used tents sincew 2010 then got a small camper for me and my husband. They also indicated that I couldn't get a refund as it was the day of arrival. All I want is a refund. Totally unacceptable to unilatterly change your policies but not tell the consumer.
