We had an agreement for $3000 he would put up sheet rock and 3 layers of tape and sanding it and complete job within a week. So other contractors could finish their job. His help came for three hours hung up the sheet rock left. I was told they would return the next day I took the day off from work waited no phone call. No one showed the next day I called no answer and no phone calls no messages waited one more week had to cancel other contractors. finally the owner answered by text message to my husband very nasty saying he wasn’t coming back and would refund our money. I texted him and I asked him why? Still no reply. I text again said if you’re not coming back definitely I need an answer so I can hire someone else and if your not then ok you can refund my money. Still no answer I called the company directly still no answer. I’ve sent emails no answer. Meanwhile I have to hire a new contractor and pay more money because they don’t want to do other peoples work. Aunt on his website he advertises 100% satisfaction guaranteed or money back.

Full House Drywall has not completed the work agreed upon and paid for. First, the ceilings replaced began to show seams within a month. The company came out to begin repairing them but did not finish and has not returned my calls. Second, the company did not complete the work of finishing a doorway they created. I paid for them to finish the doorway and then because they did not respond to me and it was a safety hazard, I had to pay a second company to come finish the job.

Mr. and Mrs. ******* had hired our company to do their bedroom ceiling.  First, we completed multiple projects for them.   Secondly,  we received a call from Mr. ******* (6) months after we had completed the project, that we should come and look at the work we finished.  When we came we noticed parts of the ceiling was sagging.  The last time we we're at their home, we noticed water damages coming from chimney and leaking all the way down to basement and that there was potential for moisture.  We recommended several roofers and explained that this may cause a problem with new drywall installation.  Mr. ******* told me not to worry about it.   Then we received a call, as I mentioned 6 months after project was completed to come and repair sagging ceiling.  We did repair the sagging ceilings.  That's when Mrs. ******* told us that installing a french door was too expensive and wanted to finish doorway with drywall.   The initial project was to have a french door installed.   We we're asked to open a wall so they could hire a carpenter to install french doors.  The ******* then decided to change the work order.   We explained that in our agreement additional work will be charged accordingly.  We believe in excellent customer service and we are disappointed that Mrs. ******* continued to ask us to perform "additional work without compensation".  In fact, we did the perform the work and received a phone call from Mr. ******* saying thank you and if me or my wife wanted free dental cleaning to give him a call.   Furthermore, we we're asked to perform another project that we had originally quoted in August of 2021.   We explained how we could no longer honor that agreement because materials and gas had gone up since we issued that quote.  That's when Mrs. ******* started calling us multiple times a day.  The initial project was $1050.  We live an hour away and went above and beyond to help them.  Both Mr and Mrs. ******* had giving us a 5 star review on ******.

Mrs. ******* claims we left her house a work hazard which is ironic because the ******* refused to get a permit after we had informed her that we do not touch electrical wires or move them because we are not license to perform electrical work.  They installed recessed lights in two bedrooms without permits.   We no longer felt comfortable working with the ******* at that point.
