Gengras sold me a broken unsafe car! Beware! My engine fell off a year and a half after buying car!

I had a terrible experience with Gengras Chevrolet recently. I had a safety recall to replace a delaminating top on my ******** that needed to be performed, yet the service manager David Englishman refused to perform the recall due to outdated paint pricing. It was especially egregious since the top had already been received and was being held due to the pricing issue. Even worse, Gengras submitted the claim to GM and when asked by a GM representative, David Englishman lied and said that the top was on back order and had never been received, even though I had received a call a month earlier to tell me that the top was in. When I confronted David Englishman with the lie, he responded with name calling. I had given Gengras two months to complete the recall for the safety of my vehicle, but they refused despite the potential damage that could occur. David was consistently arrogant and disrespectful in his communications, which is unacceptable for how in the wrong they were. I went to *** *********, and they ordered the top and performed the recall quickly. I urge others to stay away from Gengras service, and I sincerely hope that they address David Englishman, his disrespectful treatment of customers and blatant lies. David, I'm not sure if you're just that arrogant, ignorant or just don't care but the level of unprofessionalism you've shown is just not acceptable. You are what gives car dealers a bad name.

We purchased a2014 **** ******** *** **** has been in there service department for the last 3 months with a blown motor. We were told the warranty that we purchased didn't cover the blown motor since piece the caused the problem wasn't covered under the warranty bear in mind We purchased this jeep in July 27th 2014 we have had nothing but very bad customer service Jim T***** will say give it a few more day it has been 3months and still in service please try to see what you can do

Terrible!! July 23rd I brought by 2021 Jeep Gladiator in for repair. The parking break was not working for the second time, and the clip that holds the soft top down was coming undone. Took about a week to get that fixed, but they backed the truck into the building and damaged the bumper, tailgate, and rear fender. Was told it will take another week or 2 to get that fixed. We are now in week 12 (TWELVE)!!! I am not exaggerating here. Was promised it would be done today, but NOOOO, was just told that it will take yet another week. Terrible communication. Terrible at keeping commitments. I even involved Jeep Corporate. They screen those phone calls too!!!! I wish I was making this up. Today is October 8th, 2021. I have been without my vehicle since July 23rd. And counting.
