Green Carpet was contacted numerous times regarding their timeliness in applying spring treatment. They had many excuses as to why they had to delay getting out to my property. Due to their lack of urgency, my Lawn was covered with irreversible damage from crabgrass. Many calls were made with zero response which left us no choice but to fix the issue ourselves. We did not approve any further treatments. They would not call us back to fix their mistake however they kept calling for further treatments and payment. We should not be responsible for any billing unless they fix the issue-which they did not. Green Carpet is now threatening small claims. They do not stand behind their work.Business response

In response to the complaint that our company did not get out to the property in time is incorrect. We always follow label instructions and the product was applied to Ms. ******** lawn in a timely manner. The technician discovered seed in the lawn and was not able to apply preemergent crabgrass control or spray weeds in those areas. The technician spoke with Ms. ****** who had requested he spray the lawn, and he informed her that it would kill the new seed. Our full program is 9 treatments and we typically spot spray weeds throughout the year. Ms. ******** refusal to take any further treatments after 6/10/21 was her decision.
