I purchased blank sublimation tumblers from this seller. They were poor grainy & gritty quality. The seller blocked me on all social media so I couldnt contact. After several months of battling with a third party I was able to get an email. Seller was very rude.Business response

We sold a box of tumblers that the buyer “Allison” who picked them up at our office on September 17 2021. We only communicated through ******** market place and never by normal messages. We did not test the product as its an unopened box. On November 12 2021 She sent us an email saying the product was no good."Hi,
I would like a refund on the shitty tumblers you have given me. They sublimate horribly. Since you have BLOCKED me from contacting you. Your customer service is horrible & I am not the first one to complain. I want a refund on my sublimation tumblers or i will be taking legal action for scamming. This is unacceptable!”******* **** **** ** ******We never blocked her, and she went by a different name on ********. I was able to contact her back on ******** which she them Accused us of unblocking her. We emailed her back telling her that I will refund or give her a different product but she has to drop off the original order. She refused, she said she shouldn’t have to give us back the original product and that we need to refund her. We again told her we need the product back so we can return it to our supplier if its defective, and she refused. She stated she moved out of the state and cannot get the product back to us. I have several emails going back and forth with her on this issue.We will gladly refund her money once the product is returned to us un damaged. We need to be able to see how the product is defective and if it is we need to send it back to our supplier to get credit. I am rejecting this response because:i tried contacting seller multiple times & was unable to. I did not yo by any other names on ********.
i was unable to contact due to being blocked so I tossed the tumblers.
it was a loss on my end. All i am asking for is mymoney back for the poor quality. They should be tested & looked over prior to selling.

I was told there was a response back about this, but we cannot find an email. We are looking to have this closed. Ive already told Allison that I would give her a full refund when she returns the items she bought. She refuses to return the items. If she returns the items not damaged we will refund her the money for the product. She told us she want to donate the items instead, and we do not agree with that.
We need the items returned so we can send them back to our supplier to get credit as well.
