    On Friday 9/6/22 at around 9 pm I received what appeared to be an automated email from the dealership after showing interest in a 2018 ***** in the inventory. On Saturday 9/7/22, I received an email from Brittany C***** claiming to be setting up the vehicle for my anticipated arrival of between 12 and 1 pm. I was told to ask for Brittany C***** upon arrival at the showroom. My arrival on Saturday 9/7/22 was about 1:20pm. An additional email was sent to Brittany C***** to confirm a slightly later arrival time than anticipated. Upon arrival, I asked for Brittany C***** and mention my appointment for that afternoon. A salesperson named Marc, and a woman who greeted me from behind a desk claimed Brittany is a fake name and isn't a real employee on site so I should work with someone that's in front of me. We sit at Marcs desk and I immediately mention my interest in the 2018 Atlas. After a coup of minutes searching for the ***** in his computer Marc informs me that it was sold earlier that day. First problem is communication. Why was someone actively engaging in conversation with me if they could not ensure the vehicle I was interested in was in stock? I received an additional email from Brittany C***** and a call from another employee whose name I don't recall. The phone call was clearly made out of confusion since the employee asked when I can make it to the dealership for the car I'm interested in which was already sold. Attached are the emails confirming these statements. Valuable time was wasted and as a customer my time wasn't respected.

    Our sales person Elise was helping on purchasing a preowned Range Rover we liked, so we schedule to come look at the car, driving almost 1600 miles there and back including hotels and tolls, the trip cost us nearly $800..with my wife and 4 small kids. over the phone Elise told us car is in good condition, that’s it’s in the shop just getting detailing, cleaning etc done nothing major, because online they haven’t posted any pictures of the vehicle so we we’re trying to get some more info on the car, and weren’t getting much information on the vehicle from Elise Brown, so we reached out to one of the general sales managers Dan Wiley, he told us on the phone that it was in shop getting dents on sides and on hood done, and told us he will snap pics of the car inside and outside. He kept saying there’s no surprise, they serious business over here! When we saw the vehicle we noticed on both sides of roof rails had what looked like huge indents that looked liked hail damage from 5 feet away you can notice it, when we asked sales Elise brown about that surprise damage they never mentioned over the phone or email she said I know nothing of it. Then we called general manager Dan Wiley the one who took pictures of the vehicle before we left the house.. he had a plain dumb face when we asked him and showed the damages on the vehicle he said I was the one taking the pictures and have not noticed or see those indents on top roof rails, like how in the world can you not see or notice those huge dents what a LiAR!! Then Dan kept blaming us like it was our fault we showed up early and everything was a rush that they didn’t have time to do stuff to the vehicle!! But then again we got the you can go your car is ready for pick up and NO SURPRISE!! At the end we said no to the vehicle because the car was in horrible condition inside and outside.Both Dan Wiley and Elise brown are liars and unprofessional.
