This is regarding the branch with the phone number ###-###-#### which is in or near ********* ************ We had a caregiver bring my mother for therapy. The caregiver said she never signed a form that said they would keep on charging us every month for services. But they keep on doing that. Even when I call and tell them not to keep charging us. I talked to the manager and she said I would have to go there to sign a form for them to stop charging us. What a scam. The Care Giver no longer works for us and I live far away in another state because I’ve moved. My mother has Alzheimer’s so there’s no way that the contract they have his legal. The corporate headquarters for this company doesn’t even have a phone number. This is ridiculous. For a company to keep on charging you for service not used based on some bogus contract that my mother never even signed. It should be unlawful. And they will continue charging me no matter what I do apparently unless I get a lawyer.Business response

This complaint is not for this location. The complaint details clearly state the complaint is regarding the location in ********** ***********. They have the location information and contact information (as they listed it in their complaint). We are definitely confused by this complaint. As you can see the guest was immediately refunded for the monthly charge on the same day.
